We are Proud to have Chef Christian Ives
Chef Ives is a North Country native with 19 years of experience in the culinary field. He has held key positions with world class chefs Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck. He has received excellent training in wine pairing while working with Master Sommelier Larry O'Brien for five years. He has extensive training in various cultural cuisines including, Classical French, Eastern European, Italian, West Indies, Latin, Cajun/Creole, Pacific Rim and Southwestern. He is currently the Executive Chef of the Edgewood Resort and Conference Center in Alexandria Bay, New York.
Chef Ives will be demonstrating his cooking talents and explaining how he determines which Coyote Moon Wine to pair with different types of food. We are confident you will go home fully satisfied by delicious food and some wonderful ideas for the aspiring chef in you.
