DESCRIPTION:Join WPBS on an exciting screening tour of The American Revolution: A Film by Ken Burns\, Sarah Botstein and David Schmidt. A 90 minute program includes a 45 minute screening of excerpts from the incredible 12 hour documentary\, which premieres in full on WPBS over 6 consecutive nights\, Sunday NOV 16   Friday NOV 21\, 8-10 pm. We celebrate the history of our shared Revolution through the lens of our local towns and stories\, from our Canadian neighbors in Ottawa and Kingston\, to the historical site of Fort Ontario\, Oswego. Guest speakers will be leading discussions and presentations after the screenings. More dates\, speakers and locations TBA! All screenings are free and open to the public.
