TOPIC: Legislative HR updates SPEAKER: Tom Minnick ? The Business Council TOPIC: Tom is Responsible for: Labor and Human Resource issues. Provides state and federal labor and human resource information to members through The HR Line, The Council's 800 telephone service. Tom also manages construction and transportation issues for The Business Council. Coordinates the activities of the Labor & Human Resources, Construction and Transportation committees. Liaison with: The New York State Department of Labor, the State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and its statewide chapters and the state Human Rights Division.
