Gertrude Hawk Chocolates is a family owned chocolate company based out of Dunmore, PA. Established in 1936, they have since branched out to open retail stores in communities throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Gertrude Hawk is known for their signature smidgens and hand dipped chocolate specialties. Along with their retail Gertrude Hawk also has a large corporate gift selection and many fundraising opportunities.
