About Us
NYS Parks, Thousand Islands Region oversees 39 facilities across five counties: Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Franklin, and Clinton. We provide services that offer a variety of services and amenities, including camping, marinas, hiking, interpretation and Nature Centers, lifeguarded beaches, and many more. Our region also hosts the majestic Rock Island Lighthouse and the Sackets Harbor Battlefield that played a pivotal role in the War of 1812.
