State CS began in 1964 by a group of State Employees interested in creating a place where they and fellow employees could save and borrow money safely, confidentially, and at fair rates of interest. Today, we serve Clinton, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties. Our membership base consists of over 2300 members.
