August 17th - Poultry 101 - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Learn the basics of raising poultry for eggs and meat. August 24th - Extreme Season Extension of Salad Greens - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Learn about the economics of winter growing\, hydroponics\, stacked indoor production using artificial lighting\, use of cold frames\, hot beds\, and high tunnels. August 31st - Rabbitry 101 - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Learn the basics of raising rabbits for pets or meat. September 7th - Hogs 101 - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Learn the basics of getting started in raising hogs.
