DESCRIPTION:This day long workshop will focus on applying the lens of the nervous system to understanding both trauma and resilience. Applied Polyvagal Theory will support understanding how threat affects physiology\, emotions\, and behaviors that occur when clients are in a trauma state. Skills to support regulation and resilience for clients will also be covered.
