Join the Jefferson County SPCA for their 3rd annual Trunk or Treat!!! Festivities will start at 12pm on October 31st and go till 2pm. There will be a food truck, haunted trail, fun activities, and candy galore!!! We are still looking for volunteers to both setup trunks to pass out candy as well as dress up and be apart of our haunted trail and candy land board. Any help is welcome!!!
