Summary:
This entry level staff accounting position will assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, tax reporting and other functions of the Finance department located at the Corporate Headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Finance team and is responsible for tasks including:
- Daily reconciliation of bank account transactions
- Evaluate customer sales programs for proper revenue recognition
- Process supplier invoices and employee expense reports
- Maintain Fixed Asset records
- Prepare Sales and Use tax filings
- Setup and cost of new items in according with FIFO
- Assist with monthly close including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Associate’s in Accounting required, Bachelor’s preferred
