Jefferson Community College, Watertown, New York, part of the State University of New York (SUNY) System, is conducting a search for a part-time Technical Specialist for Enrollment Services. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the part-time Technical Specialist provides support to all areas of Enrollment Services as needed, including Admissions, Advising, Student Records, Student Accounts and Financial Aid. This position may involve a non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work assignments.
Required: Associate’s degree and valid driver’s license.
Preferred: Experience in a college support position, preferably in the field of admissions, advising, financial aid, student support programs or student records. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, technology skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
