Leadership Development Program

Davidson Auto Group's Leadership Development Program is a 12 to 18 month structured training that exposes you to all aspects of the automotive business by working hands-on with our management team. This includes creating an environment of accountability, increasing sales, managing profitability, fostering long-term customer relationships, and building a dynamic team to achieve the goals of Davidson Auto Group.

During the program, you will progress through various departments and gain valuable insight into our operations, processes, and customer service practices. This role will enable you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead within the organization.  

Upon completion of the training program, you will be eligible for a salary plus commission-based pay structure, with potential income of over $100,000. 

  

Required Skills:

  • Must be dependable, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • A strong sense of integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer/technology literacy.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous automotive or leadership experience.
