4-H Afterschool Operations Coordinator

This position will serve as the 4-H Afterschool Operations Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County. This position will provide assistance/support with organization, coordination, and management of all aspects of the 4-H Afterschool Programs administered by Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County (i.e.  21^st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC), Extended School Day, Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), BOOST and LEAPS). The 4-H Afterschool Programs provide comprehensive 4-H youth development opportunities for youth in grades pre-K-12 from the school districts. Primary responsibilities are to provide IT support to 4-H Afterschool staff, complete data entry in online platforms including, but not limited to: 4-H Online, City Span, Trans Act 21 and Salesforce, create program flyers and assist with the following: coordination of time and effort reporting, ordering, sorting and delivering program supplies, assisting with equipment inventory/restocking, interview and onboarding duties, coordinating substitutes for afterschool programming and program enrollment forms.
