The North Country Human Resources Association, Inc.was chartered in 1998 and is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. We strive to raise the standards of performance in all phases of human resource management and personnel administration. We provide opportunities of comparisons, cooperative research, and exchange of information among members.
