S&J Properties offers Downtown living space, commercial space, as well as a brand new evwent space that can seat up to 320 people that we have named Aster House.

Our venue boasts 18-foot-high original tin ceilings, providing ample room for creativity and customization. Whether you envision grand chandeliers, breathtaking floral arrangements, or even bounce houses and slides for added entertainment, our expansive space is ready to accommodate your vision.
Aster House is located on the newly renovated, walkable, tree-lined Court Street corridor. We are also the only Downtown event space that offers convenient and ample public parking within a few yards of our space that is readily available for our event goers.
At Aster House, we understand that every event is unique. That's why we can offer you a minimum rental time of 3 hours with no maximum limit, allowing you the flexibility to create the perfect event, tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
