About Us
The New York State Medicaid Managed Care Plan is offered through UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. It’s for New York State residents who meet the income or disability requirements.
CHIP
Every child deserves to grow up healthy and happy. To help them get there, kids need regular checkups and medical care. If your infant, child or teen doesn't have health insurance, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers low-cost or no-cost coverage.
The Essential Plan is offered through UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. It's for lower income individuals in New York who meet the income or citizenship status requirements.
