Directs and oversees all aspects of banquet staff management, including delegation of duties, performance monitoring, and scheduling to ensure seamless event execution.
Accountable for the complete event lifecycle, from initial set-up and management of props to final breakdown, with the flexibility to serve in various roles such as Server, Bartender, or Cashier as required.
Acts as the event Manager on Duty, engaging directly with guests to ensure satisfaction while also managing administrative tasks including labor, linen control, and payment postings.
Responsible for upholding departmental standards, reporting and correcting any staff issues, and proactively recommending procedural and service improvements to enhance revenue and guest experience.
