EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
TITLE: Testing Center Proctor
LOCATION: Bohlen Technical Center, Watertown, New York
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Proctor national testing examinations
Serve as the liaison between the national testing service and the examinee
Compile and update testing center calendar
Maintain accurate records
Complete applicable paperwork
Complete certification trainings, as required by each test vendor
o 12 month position but testing center is closed on major holidays
o Examinations offered Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
o Must arrive 30 minutes prior to start of the first examinations and depart once all processes are complete
o Work is scheduled as per examination registrations
QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise in computer applications
Excellent customer service skills
New York State Education fingerprinting clearance
COMPENSATION: $19.00/hour
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible
